Adult Language Instructors

We are seeking Ontario-certified ESL teachers for our supply pool of occasional Adult Non-Credit Language Instructors.

Adult Language Instructors with the Peel District School Board teach a variety of English as a Second Language (TESL) courses, including listening and speaking, reading and writing, TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) preparation, business English, and a variety of English with special topics such as accounting basics, computers, citizenship and internationally trained teachers course.

Humber College is looking for Instructors for their part-time 140 hour TESOL program.
(TESL Canada) TESOL courses are taught in the evenings and online. There are five courses in the TESOL Certificate program. The evening courses meet two nights a week, three hours per night for five weeks. The online courses run for five weeks with six hours of course work per week. Both in-class and online courses run at the same time. The successful candidates will be asked to teach one or more classes. Classes begin September 8.
