ORLAC/LINC
ORLAC's (Ontario Region LINC Advisory Committee) mandate is to provide advice and guidance to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on operational issues and policies relating to the Language Instruction to Newcomers to Canada (LINC) program. A large part of its role is to review, assess and make recommendations on proposals for funding under the delivery assistance component of the LINC program that are of a regional scope.
